Senior Officer Seminar GDYNIA May 2016

We had a good possibility to meet officers employed by ISN and DTM under the Hartmann Group umbrella again during annual Senior Officer Seminar. As usual, it took place at Hotel Nadmorski located by the city seafront in Gdynia. The seminar was exclusively opened by Doctor Niels Hartmann, the Hartmann AG's CEO. The main topics of the meeting were safety culture, including accident and incident analysis, and insurance matters, risk assessment, and e-Navigation. The seminar gave us as well a great opportunity to organize meetings of seamen with company clients, such as Fednav and Hafnia, and discuss their operational issues. During breaks and dinners, everybody made use of the unique chance to exchange problems and experience with their colleagues on board and ashore.
